【摘要】：正 公文是黨政機(jī)關(guān)、社會(huì)團(tuán)體、企事業(yè)單位在公務(wù)活動(dòng)中使用的一般帶有固定格式的文體,它是傳達(dá)貫徹黨和國(guó)家的方針、政策,發(fā)布行政法規(guī)、規(guī)章,請(qǐng)示和答復(fù)問(wèn)題,指導(dǎo)和商洽工作,報(bào)告情況,交流經(jīng)驗(yàn)的重要工具。有人認(rèn)為,公文無(wú)非是些官樣文章,或?yàn)榻鉀Q某個(gè)具體問(wèn)題而作,枯燥乏味,沒(méi)有感情和文采,是“藝文之末品”(劉勰語(yǔ)),與美無(wú)緣。其實(shí),這是一種偏見。美,不是文學(xué)作品所獨(dú)有,公文,同樣具有美的基本素質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:The official document is a style commonly used by party and government organs, social organizations, enterprises and institutions in their official activities with a fixed format. It conveys and implements the principles and policies of the party and the state, issues administrative regulations, rules, requests, and answers to questions. An important tool for guiding and negotiating work, reporting, and exchanging experiences. Some people think that the official document is nothing more than an official article, or to solve a specific problem, boring, no feelings and literary style, is "the end of art and writing" (Liu Xie language), and has nothing to do with beauty. In fact, this is a kind of prejudice. Beauty, not unique to literary works, official documents, also has the basic quality of beauty.
