網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織的學(xué)習(xí)特性辨析

【摘要】:組織學(xué)習(xí)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織有著緊密的聯(lián)系。一方面,組織學(xué)習(xí)與創(chuàng)新、知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移等作為網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織的重要內(nèi)容,在網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織研究中被廣泛提及;另一方面,網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織對(duì)于組織學(xué)習(xí)也有顯著影響。本文基于文獻(xiàn)分析,識(shí)別出網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織具備五項(xiàng)基本屬性(結(jié)點(diǎn)活性與層次性、相互依賴性、聯(lián)結(jié)多元性、持續(xù)互動(dòng)性、中間性)與五項(xiàng)衍生屬性(嵌入性、復(fù)雜性、柔性、多樣性、合作性),并根據(jù)上述十項(xiàng)特性,指出網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織是適宜組織學(xué)習(xí)的組織形式,組織學(xué)習(xí)對(duì)于網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織的生成與運(yùn)行也具有重要影響。
[Abstract]:Organizational learning is closely related to network organization. On the one hand, organizational learning and innovation, knowledge transfer, as an important part of network organization, are widely mentioned in the research of network organization; on the other hand, network organization also has a significant impact on organizational learning. Based on literature analysis, this paper identifies five basic attributes of network organization (node activity and hierarchy, interdependence, association diversity, continuous interaction, intermediate) and five derived attributes (embedding, complexity, flexibility, etc.). According to the above-mentioned ten characteristics, it is pointed out that network organization is a suitable organization form for organizational learning, and organizational learning also has an important influence on the generation and operation of network organization.
