韓非的管理心理學(xué)思想初探

【摘要】:我國古代思想家的管理用人思想極為豐富。韓非作為先秦時期法家的代表人物,提出了許多知人用人的主張,尤其是強(qiáng)調(diào)"因人情"、"順人性",嚴(yán)明賞罰,以利害關(guān)系來調(diào)節(jié)人與人之間的關(guān)系。這些樸素的管理心理學(xué)思想,在我們推行改革開放政策,建立社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的過程中仍具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The ancient thinkers of our country are rich in the thought of managing and employing people. Han Fei, as a representative figure of legalists in the pre-Qin period, put forward many ideas of knowing and employing people, especially emphasizing "due to human feelings", "obeying human nature", being strict in reward and punishment, and adjusting the relationship between people with interest. These simple thoughts of management psychology still have certain reference significance in the course of carrying out the reform and opening policy and establishing the socialist market economy system.
