【摘要】：環(huán)境是獨(dú)立于企業(yè)組織的外生權(quán)變因素,現(xiàn)代企業(yè)組織面對(duì)日益動(dòng)態(tài)化的復(fù)雜性環(huán)境的制約,組織必須基于對(duì)其環(huán)境的科學(xué)分析,更加具有戰(zhàn)略適應(yīng)性。如此組織必須積極進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新才能與之匹配。本文闡述了環(huán)境變動(dòng)與組織創(chuàng)新的互動(dòng)性關(guān)系,提出了創(chuàng)新的四種形式。
[Abstract]:Environment is an exogenous contingency factor independent of enterprise organization. Modern enterprise organization faces the restriction of increasingly dynamic and complex environment. Organization must be based on the scientific analysis of its environment and have more strategic adaptability. Such an organization must be actively innovative to match it. This paper expounds the interactive relationship between environmental change and organizational innovation, and puts forward four forms of innovation.
