【摘要】：交互記憶系統(tǒng)近來被認(rèn)為是影響工作團(tuán)隊(duì)績效的重要特性之一。以往的研究局限于實(shí)驗(yàn)室樣本或者由學(xué)生組成的臨時(shí)團(tuán)隊(duì),該研究從高技術(shù)企業(yè)中選取190個(gè)工作團(tuán)隊(duì)作為樣本,考查了團(tuán)隊(duì)的交互記憶系統(tǒng)與團(tuán)隊(duì)中的其它現(xiàn)象之間的關(guān)系。研究除了發(fā)現(xiàn)Lew is的量表中有兩個(gè)題目不理想外,還發(fā)現(xiàn)交互記憶系統(tǒng)與團(tuán)隊(duì)成員之間的信任、合作性目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向具有顯著的正相關(guān),同時(shí)交互記憶系統(tǒng)與團(tuán)隊(duì)的工作績效和凝聚力也具有顯著的關(guān)系。該文在檢驗(yàn)團(tuán)隊(duì)層次的現(xiàn)象時(shí),通過計(jì)算團(tuán)隊(duì)成員在相應(yīng)變量上得分的一致性(rwg)來檢查加總分析的合理性,這是從事團(tuán)隊(duì)層次的研究中需要遵循的方法。
[Abstract]:Interactive memory systems have recently been considered as one of the most important features affecting team performance. Previous studies were limited to laboratory samples or temporary teams of students. The study selected 190 teams from high-tech enterprises to examine the relationship between the team's interactive memory system and other phenomena in the team. In addition to finding two unideal subjects in Lew is's scale, the study also found that there was a significant positive correlation between interactive memory system and team members' trust and cooperative goal orientation. At the same time, interactive memory system also has a significant relationship with team performance and cohesion. This paper examines the reasonableness of summation analysis by calculating the consistency (rwg) of team members' scores on the corresponding variables, which is a method to be followed in team level research.
