【摘要】：以信息量權(quán)數(shù)法為基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平評價指標(biāo)體系和人力資本積累能力評價體系,運(yùn)用逐步回歸分析方法探討人力資本對縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的預(yù)測作用,分析發(fā)現(xiàn),人力資本積累體系及其兩個子維度對縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展均有正向預(yù)測作用。因此,要實(shí)現(xiàn)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,需要重塑縣域人力資本運(yùn)營觀念,側(cè)重建設(shè)成人和繼續(xù)教育法律體系,創(chuàng)造利于縣域人力資本積累的環(huán)境及建立縣域"人才庫",刺激企業(yè)主動參與人力資本積累等,為西部縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供強(qiáng)有力支撐。
[Abstract]:Based on the information weight method, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of county economic development level and the evaluation system of human capital accumulation ability, and probes into the predictive effect of human capital on the sustainable development of county economy by means of stepwise regression analysis. It is found that the human capital accumulation system and its two sub-dimensions can positively predict the sustainable development of county economy. Therefore, in order to realize the sustainable development of the county economy, it is necessary to remould the concept of human capital operation in the county, lay stress on the construction of the legal system of adult and continuing education, create an environment conducive to the accumulation of human capital in the county and establish the "talent pool" in the county. Stimulate enterprises to participate in the accumulation of human capital so as to provide strong support for the sustainable development of county economy in western China.
