【摘要】：在后工業(yè)化的進(jìn)程中,人類(lèi)賴(lài)以管理自我的組織形式將出現(xiàn)一場(chǎng)根本性的變革。20世紀(jì)后期以來(lái)的社會(huì)治理現(xiàn)實(shí)表明,人類(lèi)時(shí)常地陷入危機(jī)狀態(tài)之中,這是由于傳統(tǒng)的組織形式不能滿(mǎn)足后工業(yè)化條件下社會(huì)治理要求而導(dǎo)致的危機(jī),它的直接現(xiàn)實(shí)要求就是,需要用一種新型的合作制組織去替代在工業(yè)社會(huì)表現(xiàn)的最為成功的官僚制組織。
[Abstract]:In the process of post-industrialization, there will be a fundamental change in the organizational form on which human beings manage themselves. The reality of social governance since the late 20th century shows that human beings are often in a state of crisis. This is a crisis caused by the fact that traditional forms of organization cannot meet the requirements of social governance under post-industrialized conditions. Its immediate practical requirements are, A new type of cooperative organization is needed to replace the most successful bureaucracy in industrial society.
