【摘要】：管理效力的影響因子包括個(gè)人特質(zhì)、目標(biāo)系統(tǒng)、實(shí)施系統(tǒng)、內(nèi)外環(huán)境等,它們構(gòu)成了管理者的管理函數(shù)。在這些自變量中,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)道德、內(nèi)外環(huán)境是基礎(chǔ)層面的影響因子,清晰解析它們對(duì)管理效力的作用機(jī)理,是理解管理效力的產(chǎn)生與實(shí)現(xiàn)的關(guān)鍵問題,也是建構(gòu)管理函數(shù)的邏輯理路。
[Abstract]:The influencing factors of management effectiveness include personal characteristics, target system, implementation system, internal and external environment, etc., which constitute the management function of managers. Among these independent variables, leadership morality, internal and external environment are the basic factors, so it is the key problem to understand the generation and realization of management effectiveness to analyze the mechanism of their action on management effectiveness clearly. It is also the logical way to construct management function.
