【摘要】：安全氛圍作為組織氛圍的一種類型,是“安全文化”的“快照”,能夠反映出組織成員對某一時間組織內(nèi)部的工作環(huán)境和安全狀態(tài)的認(rèn)知,在提高安全績效方面的積極作用日益受到世界范圍內(nèi)的關(guān)注。安全氛圍研究重點(diǎn)關(guān)注四個問題:一是安全氛圍與安全文化的區(qū)別,二是安全氛圍的研究方法和導(dǎo)向,三是安全氛圍的因子結(jié)構(gòu),四是安全氛圍對安全行為的影響機(jī)制。在此基礎(chǔ)上,筆者提出在不同行業(yè)采用多種測量方法相結(jié)合的方式進(jìn)行研究,針對安全氛圍對安全行為的影響機(jī)制進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的探索分析,從而為提高各行業(yè)安全管理效率提供參考。
[Abstract]:As a type of organizational atmosphere, safety atmosphere is a "snapshot" of "safety culture", which can reflect the members' knowledge of the working environment and safety state within the organization at a certain time. The positive role in improving security performance has increasingly attracted worldwide attention. The study of safety atmosphere focuses on four issues: first, the difference between safety atmosphere and safety culture; second, the research method and direction of safety atmosphere; third, the factor structure of safety atmosphere; and fourth, the influence mechanism of safety atmosphere on safety behavior. On this basis, the author proposes to adopt a variety of measurement methods in different industries to study the influence mechanism of safety atmosphere on safety behavior. So as to improve the efficiency of safety management in various industries to provide a reference.
