【摘要】：提出基于心理學(xué)的知識(shí)定義,分析知識(shí)的信念特征;給出基于主觀概率表征知識(shí)的方法;深入探討基于主觀概率的組織知識(shí)的縱向維度分析和橫向維度分析的意義及其表征方法。其中,縱向維度分析將組織知識(shí)表示為共享知識(shí)、局部知識(shí)和個(gè)體知識(shí);橫向維度分析將組織知識(shí)表示為組織認(rèn)識(shí)知識(shí)、組織價(jià)值知識(shí)和組織情感知識(shí)。組織知識(shí)的內(nèi)涵及其分布分析,為探索組織知識(shí)與組織績(jī)效的關(guān)系構(gòu)建了理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The definition of knowledge based on psychology is put forward, and the belief characteristics of knowledge are analyzed, and the method of representation of knowledge based on subjective probability is given. The significance and representation of vertical dimension analysis and horizontal dimension analysis of organizational knowledge based on subjective probability are discussed. Among them, vertical dimension analysis represents organizational knowledge as shared knowledge, local knowledge and individual knowledge; horizontal dimension analysis represents organizational knowledge as organizational knowledge, organizational value knowledge and organizational emotional knowledge. The analysis of the connotation and distribution of organizational knowledge provides a theoretical basis for exploring the relationship between organizational knowledge and organizational performance.
