【摘要】：本文從國際化人才的內(nèi)涵出發(fā),提出了國際化MBA人才培養(yǎng)的內(nèi)涵,總結(jié)了上海財經(jīng)大學(xué)MBA項目近年來在國際化MBA人才培養(yǎng)方面的探索和實踐,對如何培養(yǎng)具有全球思維和國際競爭力的MBA人才進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的思考和規(guī)劃。
[Abstract]:Starting from the connotation of international talents, this paper puts forward the connotation of international MBA talent training, and summarizes the exploration and practice of the MBA project of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in recent years in the field of internationalized MBA talent training. How to train global thinking and international competitiveness of MBA personnel for further thinking and planning.
