【摘要】：正 文書立卷時(shí)擬寫案卷標(biāo)題要講究技巧。筆者體會(huì),就是要掌握立卷特征,熟悉擬寫要領(lǐng),并處理好二者關(guān)系。先評(píng)析兩例案卷標(biāo)題實(shí)例;實(shí)例一中國(guó)人民銀行××縣支行1958年形成的文件立成26個(gè)案卷,卻只有5個(gè)案卷標(biāo)題,即:案卷標(biāo)題案卷數(shù)量省級(jí)機(jī)關(guān)、省分行文件 8專區(qū)級(jí)機(jī)關(guān)文件 5縣級(jí)機(jī)關(guān)文件 6公社級(jí)文件 1發(fā)文稿本 6實(shí)例二中國(guó)人民銀行××縣支行1963年形成的文件立成15個(gè)案卷,也只有9個(gè)案卷標(biāo)題,即:
[Abstract]:You should pay attention to the skill of writing the title of the file when the document is in writing.
