【摘要】：《組織行為學(xué)》是一門從國外新引進(jìn)的管理類課程而且在管理類課程中占有非常重要的地位。該課程具有理論性和實(shí)踐性都比較強(qiáng)的特點(diǎn),教師在教學(xué)過程中,如何把抽象的理論和實(shí)踐聯(lián)系起來,如何使抽象的理論具體化,對于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣和提高《組織行為學(xué)》的教學(xué)效果來說非常重要。本文針對該課程的特點(diǎn),提出了一種新型的教學(xué)方法——模擬團(tuán)隊(duì)訓(xùn)練。
[Abstract]:Organizational behavior is a new management course introduced from abroad and plays a very important role in management courses. The course has the characteristics of both theory and practice. In the course of teaching, how to connect abstract theory with practice, how to concretize abstract theory, It is very important to cultivate students' interest in learning and improve the teaching effect of organizational behavior. According to the characteristics of this course, a new teaching method, simulated team training, is proposed in this paper.
