跨文化管理的后殖民主義解讀

【摘要】:后殖民理論在管理學(xué)界的應(yīng)用比較少見。后殖民主義從廣泛傳播的后現(xiàn)代主義、后結(jié)構(gòu)主義以及東方主義中汲取了理論資源,但與三者存在著差異。從后殖民立場來分析五星啤酒的案例,可以看出殖民主義在其管理思想和實踐中的影響。放眼全球,西方中心論的影響在公司內(nèi)部管理及之外的領(lǐng)域都隨處可見。后殖民理論倡導(dǎo)跨文化管理的新視角,它在后殖民地的成功應(yīng)用證明了其在管理學(xué)界的價值。
[Abstract]:Postcolonialism draws theoretical resources from the widely spread postmodernism, post-structuralism and Orientalism, but it is different from the three. From the post-colonial standpoint to analyze the case of Five-Star Beer, we can see the influence of colonialism in its management thought and practice. Globally, the influence of Western-centrism can be seen everywhere within and outside corporate governance. Post-colonial theory advocates a new perspective of cross-cultural management, and its successful application in the post-colonial areas proves its value in the field of management.
