【摘要】：建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國(guó)家,應(yīng)以突出企業(yè)技術(shù)自主創(chuàng)新的主體地位和普遍建立創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)為基礎(chǔ)。就管理和技術(shù)的關(guān)系看,經(jīng)過(guò)二十多年的引進(jìn)和應(yīng)用國(guó)外先進(jìn)管理方法與經(jīng)驗(yàn),中國(guó)企業(yè)"技術(shù)落后,管理更落后"的局面已得到根本改觀。但是,當(dāng)引進(jìn)管理所能容納的"技術(shù)能量"釋放完畢后,中國(guó)許多企業(yè)的技術(shù)研發(fā),尤其是自主創(chuàng)新,出現(xiàn)了相對(duì)"萎縮"的現(xiàn)象。這對(duì)中國(guó)的管理創(chuàng)新提出了新的要求。因此,要使企業(yè)技術(shù)自主創(chuàng)新具有充滿活力的活動(dòng)形式,就需要對(duì)中國(guó)特色的管理科學(xué)創(chuàng)新加以研究,并提出相應(yīng)的指導(dǎo)原則和基本研究?jī)?nèi)容。
[Abstract]:The construction of innovative country should be based on emphasizing the main position of independent technological innovation of enterprises and establishing innovative enterprises in general. From the point of view of the relationship between management and technology, after more than 20 years of introducing and applying foreign advanced management methods and experiences, the situation of Chinese enterprises "falling behind in technology and more backward in management" has been fundamentally changed. However, after the release of the "technological energy" that can be accommodated by the introduction and management, the phenomenon of "shrinking" appears in many Chinese enterprises'R & D, especially in independent innovation. This has put forward new requirements for management innovation in China. Therefore, it is necessary to study the scientific innovation of management with Chinese characteristics and put forward the corresponding guiding principles and basic research contents in order to make the independent technological innovation of enterprises have a dynamic activity form.
