【摘要】：該研究用關鍵事件調查法對沖突前雙方的關系、回避沖突的動機、行為策略和效果多個層次進行評估,并在每個層次探索多維變量結構。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),沖突的行為有“順從”和“迂回”兩類表現(xiàn),這兩類回避沖突的行為由4種不同的動機支配。而且,沖突前雙方的良好關系與沖突的動機、沖突的行為和沖突的結果相聯(lián)系。該研究還發(fā)現(xiàn),性別和年齡是預測沖突回避動機的重要變量。
[Abstract]:In this study, the critical event survey was used to evaluate the relationship between the two parties before the conflict, the motivation of avoiding the conflict, the behavior strategy and the effect, and to explore the multi-dimensional variable structure at each level. It is found that there are two kinds of behaviors of conflict: "obedience" and "detour", which are dominated by four different motivations. Moreover, the good relationship between the two sides before the conflict is related to the motivation, behavior and outcome of the conflict. The study also found that gender and age are important variables in predicting conflict avoidance motivation.
