【摘要】：[目的 /意義]為進一步了解美國智庫的運作發(fā)展,本文嘗試探索美國決策制度下的美國智庫市場運作,為中國智庫建設提供借鑒。[方法 /過程]文章把市場供求關系作為切入點,從市場的視角,對美國智庫市場的運作進行梳理,通過考察收集整理相關資料,分析智庫市場形成和發(fā)展的原因。[結果 /結論 ]文章認為,在智庫市場的驅(qū)動下,美國智庫迅速發(fā)展,逐步形成現(xiàn)有規(guī)模體系,成為美國決策咨詢體制的思想基礎和智力支撐,成為政府決策體系一部分。其經(jīng)驗為中國新型智庫建設提供了一些有益的啟示。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] in order to further understand the operation and development of American think tanks, this paper attempts to explore the market operation of American think tanks under the decision-making system of the United States, and to provide reference for the construction of Chinese think tanks. [method / process] the article regards the market supply and demand as the breakthrough point, combs the operation of the American think tank market from the market angle of view, and analyzes the reasons for the formation and development of the think tank market through the investigation and collation of relevant data. [results / conclusion] the article holds that, driven by the market of think tanks, the American think tanks have developed rapidly, gradually formed the existing scale system, become the ideological basis and intellectual support of the decision-making consulting system of the United States, and become a part of the decision-making system of the government. Its experience has provided some beneficial enlightenment for the construction of new type think-tank in China.
