【摘要】：崔恒建．控制過程方差的ＣＵＳＵＭＱ圖及其性質(zhì)．?dāng)?shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)與管理，１９９８，１７（４），３３～３８．Ｑｕｓｅｎｂｅｒｒｙ（１９９５）基于樣本方差的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化變換Φ－１［Ｈｎ－１（（ｎ－１）Ｓ２／σ２０）］提出了控制過程方差的累積和（ＣＵＳＵＭ）Ｑ控制圖。本文我們描述了在控制過程方差變化中這種ＣＵＳＵＭＱ控制圖的性質(zhì)，并將控制圖的設(shè)計(jì)方法用到單邊及雙邊的ＣＵＳＵＭＱ圖，說明它幾乎是最優(yōu)的。而且我們發(fā)現(xiàn)在控制過程方差的微小變化時，設(shè)計(jì)的ＣＵＳＵＭＱ圖的性能要優(yōu)于基于ｌｏｇ（Ｓ２）的ＣＵＳＵＭ和ＥＷＭＡ圖
[Abstract]:Cui Hengjian. CUSUMQ Diagram and its Properties of controlling process Variance. Mathematical Statistics and Management. 17 (4) Qusenberry (1995) based on the standardized transformation of sample variance 桅 -1 [Hn-1 (n-1) S2 / 蟽 20)] the control process variance is proposed. Cumulative sum (CUSUM) Q control chart. In this paper, we describe the properties of the CUSUMQ control chart in the variance variation of the control process, and apply the design method of the control chart to the one-sided and two-sided CUSUMQ graphs to show that it is almost optimal. Furthermore, we find that the performance of the designed CUSUMQ diagram is better than that of the CUSUM and EWMA diagrams based on log (S2) when the variance of the control process is small.
