【摘要】：在近階段的管理理論及實(shí)踐中 ,團(tuán)隊(duì) (workteam)和團(tuán)隊(duì)工作 (teamwork)的概念異常流行。以團(tuán)隊(duì)的形式來(lái)管理組織以及開展組織發(fā)展的活動(dòng)無(wú)論在學(xué)術(shù)或?qū)嵺`中都產(chǎn)生了多元的和深厚的沖擊力。文章詳細(xì)論述了團(tuán)隊(duì)研究中的多元化、沖突問(wèn)題 ,介紹了社會(huì)認(rèn)知視野中的團(tuán)隊(duì)以及提出了團(tuán)隊(duì)有效性的生態(tài)模型。
[Abstract]:In recent management theory and practice, the concept of team (workteam) and team work (teamwork) is very popular. The activities of organization management and organization development in the form of team have produced diverse and profound impact in both academic and practical fields. This paper discusses the diversity and conflict of team research in detail, introduces the team from the perspective of social cognition and puts forward the ecological model of team effectiveness.
