【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型升級,社會發(fā)展對于職業(yè)技術(shù)人才的需求不斷加大,面對這樣的新形勢,就需要廣大職業(yè)院校做好教學(xué)管理工作,為社會發(fā)展輸送更多的優(yōu)秀人才。但是,目前在職業(yè)院校的辦公室管理過程中,依然存在很多問題,影響辦公室的工作質(zhì)量和服務(wù)水平。本文主要通過對于如何提升職業(yè)院校辦公室的工作效率進(jìn)行研究,結(jié)合具體的工作情況,提出一些有益的對策,以期進(jìn)一步提升高職院校辦公室工作的質(zhì)量和水平。
[Abstract]:With the transformation and upgrading of our country's economic structure, the demand for vocational and technical talents in social development is increasing. In the face of this new situation, it is necessary for the vast number of vocational colleges and universities to do a good job of teaching management and to transport more outstanding talents for social development. However, there are still many problems in the process of office management in vocational colleges, which affect the work quality and service level of the office. This paper mainly through how to improve the efficiency of vocational colleges office work, combined with the specific work situation, put forward some useful countermeasures, in order to further improve the quality and level of office work in vocational colleges.
