【摘要】：專業(yè)課程教學(xué)的內(nèi)容、特色和組織實施是專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)實現(xiàn)的關(guān)鍵。分析了農(nóng)業(yè)高等院校在MBA專業(yè)課程教學(xué)中普遍存在的問題,圍繞人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的實現(xiàn),提出了MBA專業(yè)課程教學(xué)改革的基本原則,并從課程結(jié)構(gòu)和內(nèi)容、實踐教學(xué)、教學(xué)手段以及與大農(nóng)學(xué)專業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展等方面,提出了改革的建議和對策。
[Abstract]:The content, characteristics and organizational implementation of professional course teaching are the key to realize the goal of training professional talents. This paper analyzes on the problems existing in the course teaching of MBA specialty in agricultural colleges and universities, and puts forward the basic principles of teaching reform of MBA specialty course according to the realization of the goal of personnel training, and puts forward the basic principles of the course teaching reform of MBA specialty, and puts forward the practical teaching from the course structure and content. The teaching methods and the coordinated development with the major of agronomy are put forward in this paper.
