【摘要】：“嵌入性”視角是目前美國(guó)新經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)學(xué)的一個(gè)基礎(chǔ)性概念。其含義是 :經(jīng)濟(jì)行為嵌入于社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu) ,而社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)的核心就是人們生活中的社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò) ,嵌入的網(wǎng)絡(luò)機(jī)制是信任。而社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的含義是 :社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)該界定為網(wǎng)絡(luò)的系統(tǒng) ,社會(huì)成員按照聯(lián)系點(diǎn)有差別地占有稀缺資源和結(jié)構(gòu)性地分配這些資源 ;應(yīng)該按照行為的結(jié)構(gòu)性限制而不是行動(dòng)者的內(nèi)在驅(qū)力來解釋行為 ;要關(guān)注分析人們對(duì)社會(huì)資源的獲取能力 ,而不能僅僅強(qiáng)調(diào)人們對(duì)某些特定社會(huì)資源的占有程度。管理學(xué)不能僅僅局限于經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的研究范疇 ,需要借鑒各學(xué)科的優(yōu)秀成果 ,本文引入基于社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的嵌入性觀點(diǎn) ,對(duì)組織進(jìn)行重新審視 ,以期為管理學(xué)者提供新的研究啟示。
[Abstract]:Embeddedness is a basic concept of American New Economic Sociology at present. The economic behavior is embedded in the social structure, and the core of the social structure is the social network in people's life, and the embedded network mechanism is trust. The meaning of social network is that the social structure should be defined as the system of network, and social members should occupy scarce resources and allocate them structurally according to the contact points; The behavior should be explained according to the structural limitation of the behavior rather than the intrinsic drive of the actors, and attention should be paid to the analysis of people's ability to acquire social resources, rather than merely emphasizing the degree of possession of certain social resources. Management can not only be confined to the scope of economic research, need to learn from the outstanding achievements of various disciplines, this paper introduces the embedded perspective based on social networks, to re-examine the organization, In order to provide new inspiration for management scholars.
