【摘要】：自從"經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)"提出以來(lái),中國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入到一個(gè)全新的階段——經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)階段。在經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)階段中國(guó)開(kāi)始更加重視經(jīng)濟(jì)的緩慢增長(zhǎng),不再一味地追求經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速增長(zhǎng),而是將經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展作為了首要目標(biāo)。經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)不僅給經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展帶來(lái)了新的契機(jī),對(duì)于工商管理專(zhuān)業(yè)來(lái)講更是挑戰(zhàn)與機(jī)遇并存。本文從現(xiàn)今的工商管理教學(xué)狀況進(jìn)行分析,進(jìn)一步說(shuō)明了經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)與企業(yè)的相互關(guān)系,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)如何設(shè)定合理的教學(xué)目標(biāo),采取怎樣的改革策略進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步分析,旨在能夠提升經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)下的工商管理教學(xué)水平。
[Abstract]:Since the "New normal economy" was put forward, China's economy has entered a new stage-the New normal stage of economy. In the new normal stage of economy, China began to pay more attention to the slow growth of economy, not blindly pursue the rapid growth of economy, but regard the sustainable development of economy as the primary goal. The new normal state of economy not only brings new opportunity to the development of economy, but also challenges and opportunities for business administration specialty. Based on the analysis of the current teaching situation of business administration, this paper further explains the relationship between the new normal state of economy and the enterprises, and on the basis of this, analyzes how to set reasonable teaching objectives and how to adopt the reform strategy. The aim is to improve the teaching level of business administration under the new normal state of economy.
