組織中個(gè)體創(chuàng)造的整合模型研究

【摘要】:本文對(duì)組織中個(gè)體層次的創(chuàng)造概念進(jìn)行了界定和拓展,將之定義為一個(gè)多元的過程變量。在此基礎(chǔ)上,我們認(rèn)為,組織中的個(gè)體創(chuàng)造不但是前項(xiàng)變量(包括個(gè)體差異變量和情境變量)的函數(shù),也受到后繼的創(chuàng)新變量的影響。據(jù)此,我們提出了相應(yīng)的理論假設(shè)并構(gòu)建了組織中個(gè)體創(chuàng)造的影響因素和作用路徑的整合模型。
[Abstract]:In this paper, we define and expand the creative concept of the individual level in the organization, and define it as a multivariate process variable. On this basis, we think that the individual in the organization creates a function that is not only the function of the preceding variables (including the individual difference variable and the situation variable), but also influenced by the successor innovation variable. Accordingly, we propose that The corresponding theoretical assumptions and the integrated model of influencing factors and action paths of individual creation in organizations are constructed.
