【摘要】：正 現(xiàn)代社會的飛速發(fā)展,未來世界的激烈競爭,使得現(xiàn)代人有必要樹立這樣一種人才意識:“三頭六臂”——跨世紀(jì)的人才造型。 三年之前,我在一家機(jī)關(guān)兼任打字員。辦公室斜對面,有一家報社的記者站,一天,一位記者提出想跟我學(xué)習(xí)電腦操作,還擺出一副預(yù)言家的神態(tài)告訴我:未來的人才應(yīng)該是多面手,是“三頭六臂”式的人物,應(yīng)具備多種職業(yè)技能,勝任多項工作。當(dāng)時,我不以為然。然而三年后的今天,電腦正在進(jìn)入尋常百姓家,成為人腦的延伸,操作電腦也已經(jīng)成為或正在成為現(xiàn)代人的基本技能之一;而多面手、復(fù)合型人才,即“三頭六臂”式的人才,已經(jīng)在社會各個行業(yè)初露鋒芒,大顯身手�；剡^頭來,想想那位記者的話,我信服了
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern society and the fierce competition in the future world, it is necessary for modern people to set up such a kind of talent consciousness: "three heads and six arms"-the talent modeling across the century. Three years ago, I worked as a typist in an office. Across from the office, there was a newspaper press station. One day, a reporter offered to learn from me how to operate a computer, and put on an air of a prophet.
