【摘要】：正管理的第一要?jiǎng)?wù)是什么?通常我們的理解是管別人、理事務(wù),比如為下屬分工、執(zhí)行、監(jiān)督、檢查、糾正等,這就是我們常說(shuō)的管理。但筆者認(rèn)為管理的第一要?jiǎng)?wù)是管理好自己。只有真正管理好自己的人才稱(chēng)得上會(huì)管理、懂管理的管理者,反之,連自己都不能管理好的人不能稱(chēng)為合格的管理者。那么,管理好自己哪些方面?管理好自己的時(shí)間、愛(ài)好、情緒和身體。第一,管好自己的時(shí)間

Usually our understanding is to manage other people's affairs, such as division of labor, execution, supervision, inspection, correction and so on. This is what we often call management.
