【摘要】：王船山管理哲學思想是其哲學體系中的重要組成部分,它建構(gòu)起船山文化的歷史地位和價值作用。對于王船山的管理哲學進行探究,一是指出王船山管理哲學的人性假設(shè)基礎(chǔ)是性善論;二是在性善論的基礎(chǔ)上引出王船山管理哲學的基本內(nèi)容:"以民為基"的管理核心精神和"義利統(tǒng)一"的管理原則以及"上下和合"的管理目標。王船山管理哲學蘊含著豐富的管理理論知識,在今天它依然具有適合現(xiàn)代社會發(fā)展的內(nèi)在生命力,當今管理者應(yīng)積極吸取其中的管理智慧,不斷發(fā)掘其合理因素,使其為建設(shè)具有中國特色的管理文化而服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Wang Chuanshan's philosophy of management is an important part of his philosophy system, which constructs the historical position and value function of Chuanshan culture. The first is to point out that the human nature hypothesis of Wang Chuanshan's management philosophy is based on the theory of sexual goodness. Secondly, the basic contents of Wang Chuanshan's management philosophy are introduced on the basis of the theory of sexual goodness: the core spirit of management based on the people, the management principle of "unity of righteousness and benefit" and the management goal of "harmony between the upper and lower". Wang Chuanshan's management philosophy contains rich knowledge of management theory, and today it still has the inherent vitality suitable for the development of modern society. Today's managers should actively absorb the management wisdom and constantly explore its reasonable factors. To make it for the construction of management culture with Chinese characteristics and services.
