[Abstract]:HongChaodong decision making is an important function of management activities in ancient times. It is a major characteristic of the development of modern management theory and an important task of modern management theory to pay attention to and study the decision problem. The thought of "using the potential" in the ancient management thought of our country is a kind of decision-making thought which comes into being under the background of Chinese traditional culture. This kind of decision-making thought enriches and develops.
