【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化的崛起是新世紀(jì)人類文化發(fā)展的最重要現(xiàn)象。它的誕生給傳統(tǒng)的社會發(fā)展和進(jìn)步帶來了諸多挑戰(zhàn)。由于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)及其網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化的特殊性,傳統(tǒng)的政府管理方式陷入兩難選擇。本文運(yùn)用博弈論的原理揭示了網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化的本質(zhì)和發(fā)展規(guī)律,指出柔性管理是走出網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化管理困境的必然選擇。
[Abstract]:The rise of network culture is the most important phenomenon of the development of human culture in the new century. Its birth has brought many challenges to the traditional social development and progress. Because of the particularity of Internet and its network culture, the traditional government management mode is in a dilemma. Using the principle of game theory, this paper reveals the essence and development law of network culture, and points out that flexible management is the inevitable choice to get out of the dilemma of network culture management.
