【摘要】：所有管理皆須依賴于一定的媒體以實現(xiàn)信息的傳遞和交流,企業(yè)管理也是如此。企業(yè)管理以往主要靠報刊、廣播、電視等傳統(tǒng)媒體,它們雖然有報道嚴謹、權(quán)威性強、易控制等優(yōu)點,但又存在時效性差、難以互動、宣傳功能過多等弊端。在當今的數(shù)字化時代,企業(yè)管理必須利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)、手機、數(shù)字電視等效率高、速度快、可互動、立體感強的新興媒體來彌補其不足,但同時又應(yīng)正視其易變形走樣、難以控制、轉(zhuǎn)載過多等問題,努力實現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)媒體與新興媒體的互補與融合。
[Abstract]:All management must rely on certain media to achieve the transmission and exchange of information, business management is the same. Enterprise management used to rely on newspapers, radio, television and other traditional media, although they have the advantages of rigorous reporting, strong authority, easy to control and so on, but there are shortcomings such as poor jet effectiveness, difficult interaction, excessive propaganda function and so on. In today's digital age, enterprise management must make use of the new media, such as network, mobile phone, digital television and so on, which are efficient, fast, interactive and three-dimensional, but at the same time, they should face up to their easily distorted and difficult to control. Reprint too much and other issues, strive to achieve the traditional media and emerging media complementary and integration.
