【摘要】:[目的/意義]為中國新型智庫建設提供戰(zhàn)略定位與運營模式的分析框架和方法論,有助于中國新型智庫的戰(zhàn)略設計和運營管理。[方法/過程]本文借用工商管理學中的商業(yè)模式理論和方法,結合中國不同類型智庫的特點,提出中國新型智庫戰(zhàn)略定位與運營模式的分析框架和方法論。[結果/結論 ]戰(zhàn)略定位解決"做什么"的問題,目的在于"做正確的事",涉及服務對象、研究領域、研究地域、功能選擇四個要素及其組合。運營模式解決"怎么做"的問題,目的在于"正確地做事",涉及資金來源、核心資源、關鍵活動、合作伙伴、成本結構5個要素及其組合。
[Abstract]:Objective / significance: to provide the analytical framework and methodology of strategic orientation and operation model for the construction of new type think tanks in China, and to help the strategic design and operation management of new type think tanks in China. [methods] based on the theory and method of business model in business administration and the characteristics of different types of think tanks in China, this paper puts forward the analytical framework and methodology of strategic positioning and operation mode of new type think tanks in China. Results / conclusion: the purpose of solving the problem of "what to do" is to "do the right thing", involving the object of service, the research field, the research area, the function choice and its combination. The business model solves the problem of "how to do it", with the aim of "doing things right", involving five elements and their combination: source of funds, core resources, key activities, partners, and cost structure.
