【摘要】：正公文格式要求雖然是細(xì)枝末節(jié),卻是公文具有法定權(quán)威性和強(qiáng)制約束力的顯著表現(xiàn),也是保證公文質(zhì)量和提高辦文效率的重要手段。格式指的是法定公文外形結(jié)構(gòu)的組織安排,包括結(jié)構(gòu)項(xiàng)目和附屬標(biāo)記,以及這些項(xiàng)目和標(biāo)記在頁(yè)面上的安放位置和具體構(gòu)成。雖然這些要求往往講的是細(xì)枝末節(jié),卻是公文具有法定權(quán)威性和強(qiáng)制約束力的顯著表現(xiàn),也是保證公文質(zhì)量
[Abstract]:Although the formal requirement of official document is a minor point, it is a remarkable manifestation of the legal authority and compulsory binding force of the official document, and is also an important means to guarantee the quality of the official document and improve the efficiency of the official document. The format refers to the organization and arrangement of the shape and structure of the official document, including the structural items and subsidiary marks, and the placement and composition of these items and tags on the page. Although these requirements tend to be detailed, they are a prominent manifestation of the statutory authority and binding force of official documents, as well as a guarantee of the quality of official documents
