【摘要】：關(guān)于技術(shù)與組織的建構(gòu)之爭(zhēng)一直是學(xué)術(shù)界的焦點(diǎn)問題,但無論是技術(shù)建構(gòu)論,還是組織建構(gòu)論,都有其極端的一面,不能夠很好地解釋實(shí)際應(yīng)用中的技術(shù)問題。而從信息技術(shù)和組織結(jié)構(gòu)的本質(zhì)分析入手,建立信息技術(shù)與組織結(jié)構(gòu)之間的互構(gòu)機(jī)制,既為技術(shù)與組織關(guān)系的探討提供了一個(gè)新的研究視角,也可對(duì)信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用和組織結(jié)構(gòu)變革的互動(dòng)關(guān)系有一個(gè)整體、深入的認(rèn)識(shí)。
[Abstract]:The debate on the construction of technology and organization has always been the focus of academic circles, but both the theory of technology construction and the theory of organizational construction have their extreme side, which can not explain the technical problems in practical application. Based on the analysis of the nature of information technology and organizational structure, the mutual construction mechanism between information technology and organizational structure is established, which provides a new perspective for the discussion of the relationship between technology and organization. It can also have a holistic and in-depth understanding of the interactive relationship between IT applications and organizational structure changes.
