【摘要】：管理的統(tǒng)一性與差異性應(yīng)該并行不悖,差異管理包含統(tǒng)一的標(biāo)準化與規(guī)范化管理。差異管理在管理理論的叢林中如何定位、怎樣溝通,需要廓清;差異管理本身的若干基本問題———差異、差異性、差異化、差異原理、差異管理———需要明確;差異管理的未來發(fā)展需要探尋;成功的差異性管理實踐,在古今中外的組織管理中可謂俯拾皆是;要提升管理的有效性應(yīng)該探討并實踐差異化管理。
