【摘要】：正辦公室作為一個(gè)單位的綜合辦事機(jī)構(gòu),居于承上啟下、協(xié)調(diào)左右的中樞位置,辦公室工作在推動(dòng)全局工作中具有特殊的重要地位。黨中央、國務(wù)院和省委、省政府領(lǐng)導(dǎo)高度重視做好新形勢下的辦公室工作,作出一系列重要指示批示。2014年5月8日,習(xí)近平總書記在視察中辦時(shí)提出了"五個(gè)堅(jiān)持"的要求。2015年12月21日,李克強(qiáng)總理在接見全國政府秘書長和辦公廳主任會(huì)議全體代表時(shí),對(duì)政府系統(tǒng)辦公廳(室)提出了當(dāng)好政府工作的"第一參謀助手""大服務(wù)員"和"高效督辦員"的要求。夏寶龍書記、車俊代省長等省領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)辦公廳(室)工作也非常關(guān)心,經(jīng)常作出重要指示和批示。浙江省
