【摘要】： 自從有了人類社會(huì)就有了組織,人類的生存和發(fā)展都是以組織為基礎(chǔ)的。新經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來,中國當(dāng)前正處于社會(huì)過渡轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期,思想多樣,價(jià)值多元,社會(huì)關(guān)系的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化和環(huán)境復(fù)雜化導(dǎo)致公共組織自組織演化的環(huán)境的復(fù)雜性加劇,公共組織是一個(gè)具有多層次、多功能的結(jié)構(gòu),組織系統(tǒng)的宏觀變化是微觀子系統(tǒng)或構(gòu)成要素非線性相互作用所導(dǎo)致的結(jié)果,即宏觀變化是微觀變量非線性相互作用突現(xiàn)的結(jié)果。本文立足于公共組織自組織演化過程中表現(xiàn)出來的復(fù)雜性,將博弈論思想與復(fù)雜性科學(xué)理論思想共同用于公共組織系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行機(jī)制復(fù)雜性分析上,分析了公共組織系統(tǒng)的復(fù)雜適應(yīng)性特征,概述了公共組織系統(tǒng)自組織演化的競爭與協(xié)同的動(dòng)力源觀與隨機(jī)漲落的動(dòng)力源觀。構(gòu)建了公共組織系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部要素的競爭協(xié)同作用模型,分析了公共組織系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部要素協(xié)同競爭作用與自組織演化的原因,指出了公共組織系統(tǒng)競爭協(xié)同作用的根源,對(duì)利益的博弈,提出了基于博弈智能主體參與的主觀博弈方法。最后基于復(fù)雜適應(yīng)系統(tǒng)的視角,分析了復(fù)雜適應(yīng)組織的適應(yīng)機(jī)制：適應(yīng)性主體的學(xué)習(xí)能力和適應(yīng)性行為能夠涌現(xiàn)為組織學(xué)習(xí)和整體的適應(yīng)能力,提高系統(tǒng)的自組織演化能力。
[Abstract]:Since the existence of human society there have been organizations, human survival and development are based on the organization. With the arrival of the new economic era, China is currently in a transitional period of social transition. The complexity of the environment of self-organization evolution of public organizations is aggravated by the diversity of ideas, the diversity of values, the networking of social relations and the complexity of the environment. Public organization is a multi-level and multi-functional structure. The macroscopic change of the organizational system is the result of the nonlinear interaction of the micro subsystem or the constituent elements, that is, the macroscopic change is the result of the nonlinear interaction of the micro variable. Based on the complexity of the self-organization evolution of public organizations, this paper applies the theory of game theory and the theory of complexity science to the complexity analysis of the operational mechanism of public organization system. In this paper, the complex adaptive characteristics of public organization system are analyzed, and the view of competitive and cooperative power source and random fluctuation power source view of self-organization evolution of public organization system is summarized. This paper constructs the competitive synergy model of the internal elements of the public organization system, analyzes the causes of the cooperative competition and self-organization evolution of the internal elements of the public organization system, and points out the root of the competitive synergy in the public organization system. For the game of interest, the subjective game method based on the participation of intelligent players is put forward. Finally, based on the view of complex adaptive system, the adaptation mechanism of complex adaptive organization is analyzed. The learning ability and adaptive behavior of adaptive agent can emerge as organizational learning and overall adaptive ability, and improve the self-organization and evolution ability of the system.
