[Abstract]:New regulations on the system of workers working hours in special posts have recently been stipulated by the Ministry of labor. For the characteristics of production and operation and the particularity of work, it is not possible for the enterprises or workers to carry out the standard working time stipulated in the labor law of China. The system of irregular work and the comprehensive calculation of working hours are practiced. This stipulation begins in January 1, 1995.
