【摘要】：正現(xiàn)在基層文字工作隊伍普遍存在人手緊缺,缺乏輪崗交流和上下級深入溝通等問題,應注意吐故納新、能進能出,加強交流、上下互動,強化培訓、學用相長。工作八年來,我先后在鎮(zhèn)黨政辦、區(qū)級國稅機關(guān)和省委宣傳部從事文字工作。這些寶貴的經(jīng)歷,使我對基層文字工作隊伍的情況有了較為全面的了解。一是隊伍較為穩(wěn)定但人手緊缺。從我接觸到的部門或單位看,從事文字工作的骨干力
[Abstract]:At present, there are many problems such as shortage of manpower, lack of rotation communication and deep communication between superiors and subordinates. Attention should be paid to giving up old ideas, being able to come in and out, strengthening exchanges, interacting up and down, strengthening training, and learning and using each other for a long time. Over the past eight years, I have been working in the town party and government offices, district-level state tax organs and provincial party committee propaganda department engaged in writing work.
