【摘要】：正重視、支持辦公廳(室)工作是我們黨的傳統(tǒng),也是一種重要的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)方法。農(nóng)發(fā)行各級行辦公室在履職盡責(zé)中位居中樞,地位重要、作用特殊。各級行黨委要重視支持辦公室發(fā)揮作用、以點(diǎn)帶面,促進(jìn)全行各項(xiàng)工作更好地開展。農(nóng)發(fā)行作為我國唯一一家農(nóng)業(yè)政策性銀行,是國家層面支持"三農(nóng)"的金融安排。各級行辦公室緊緊圍繞全行中心工作和重點(diǎn)任務(wù),自覺提升站位,發(fā)揮參謀助手作用,在輔助決策、保障運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)、督辦落實(shí)、服務(wù)基層、上傳下達(dá)、對外聯(lián)
