【摘要】：正 今天,經(jīng)濟管理工作現(xiàn)代化、大運作的客觀環(huán)境已然形成,信息化、知識化的要求也已迫在眉睫。然而,因循守舊、畫地為牢、剛愎專斷、夜郎自大的陳舊觀念仍在相當一些人的頭腦中盤旋縈繞、揮之不去。我們認為,現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟管理者必須去除不合時宜的陳舊觀念并代之以現(xiàn)代意識,才能適應時代,使管理工作真正奏效。所謂現(xiàn)代意識,就是能夠真切地反映當今世界的整體現(xiàn)實,并欲以超前而主動的思維運作來影響和改造現(xiàn)實世界的各種心理過程之總和。具體地說,現(xiàn)代意識包括開
[Abstract]:Today, with the modernization of economic management, the objective environment of great operation has been formed, and the requirement of information and knowledge is imminent. However, conformist, a circle on the ground as a prison, perverse and arbitrary, arrogant stereotypes still hovering in the minds of quite a few, lingering. We believe that modern economic managers must remove outdated concepts and replace them with modern consciousness in order to adapt to the times and make management work really effective. The so-called modern consciousness is the sum of all kinds of psychological processes which can truly reflect the whole reality of the present world and want to influence and transform the real world with advanced and active thinking operation.
