【摘要】:以大規(guī)模定制(MC)模式為背景,論述了基于單個(gè)顧客的定制需求,對(duì)"理想產(chǎn)品"進(jìn)行配置優(yōu)化的一個(gè)思路.本文論述MC模式的基本概念和思想、以及定制產(chǎn)品配置優(yōu)化的含義及意義,介紹了一種基于QFD分析結(jié)果.運(yùn)用TOPSIS法,提出了對(duì)顧客所需"理想產(chǎn)品"進(jìn)行優(yōu)化配置的思路,并給出一個(gè)示例,驗(yàn)證"思路"的合理性.
[Abstract]:Under the background of mass customization (MC) mode, this paper discusses a way to optimize the configuration of "ideal products" based on the customization requirements of a single customer. This paper discusses the basic concepts and ideas of MC model, the meaning and significance of customized product configuration optimization, and introduces a kind of analysis result based on QFD. By using TOPSIS method, this paper puts forward the idea of optimizing the allocation of "ideal products" required by customers, and gives an example to verify the reasonableness of the "idea".
