【摘要】：管理學(xué)領(lǐng)域?qū)﹃P(guān)系這個(gè)具有中國(guó)情境的概念有深入研究,關(guān)系已經(jīng)為國(guó)外學(xué)者所熟知。通過梳理文獻(xiàn),歸納出關(guān)系的概念可分為聯(lián)結(jié)主義、網(wǎng)絡(luò)主義、行為主義、市場(chǎng)替代主義4個(gè)范疇;關(guān)系研究的演進(jìn)包括中國(guó)情境深度掃描、與西方相關(guān)概念建立聯(lián)系、因果機(jī)制探討、尋找前因4個(gè)階段;總結(jié)實(shí)證研究中關(guān)系的測(cè)量、關(guān)系的結(jié)果變量與前因變量、關(guān)系作為中介或調(diào)節(jié)變量;歸納關(guān)系研究的不同視角,并指出現(xiàn)有研究的缺口及提出未來(lái)研究方向。
[Abstract]:In the field of management, the concept of relationship with Chinese context has been deeply studied, and the relationship has been well known by foreign scholars. By combing the literature, the author concludes that the concept of relationship can be divided into four categories: connectionism, network doctrine, behaviorism and market substitution. Causal mechanism, looking for four stages of antecedents; summing up the measurement of the relationship in empirical research, the relationship between the outcome variable and the prodependent variable, the relationship as an intermediary or regulatory variable; the different perspectives of the study of the inductive relationship. And pointed out the gap of the existing research and proposed the future research direction.
