【摘要】：通過(guò)對(duì)發(fā)文字號(hào)要素組成規(guī)定和實(shí)際使用的分析 ,發(fā)現(xiàn)發(fā)文字號(hào)中隱藏有另一要素 ,應(yīng)升級(jí)獨(dú)立為發(fā)文字號(hào)的一個(gè)組成要素———公文屬性詞 ,為黨政公文處理“三化”更好地實(shí)現(xiàn) ,呼吁將其法定化、規(guī)范化 ,并設(shè)計(jì)了兩套公文屬性詞規(guī)范體系。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the composition and practical use of the text size elements, it is found that there is another element hidden in the text size, which should be upgraded to the official document attribute word, which is an independent component element of the text size.In order to better realize the "three modernizations" of the party and government documents, the author calls for their legalization and standardization, and designs two sets of standard systems for the attribute words of the party and government documents.
