【摘要】：2013年4月,習(xí)近平總書記就建設(shè)中國特色新型智庫做了重要批示:"智庫是國家軟實(shí)力的重要組成部分,隨著形勢的發(fā)展,智庫的作用會(huì)越來越大。要高度重視、積極探索中國特色新型智庫的組織形式和管理形式。"2015年1月,中辦、國辦印發(fā)了《關(guān)于加強(qiáng)中國特色新型智庫建設(shè)的意見》(以下簡稱《意見》),《意見》提出:中國特色新型智庫是黨和政府科學(xué)民主依法決策的重要支撐。決策咨詢制度是我國社會(huì)主義民主政治建設(shè)的重要內(nèi)容。至此,特色新型智庫的建設(shè)正式提升到國家戰(zhàn)略高度。
[Abstract]:In April 2013, General Secretary Xi Jinping gave an important directive on building a new type of think-tank with Chinese characteristics: "think tanks are an important part of the country's soft power, and with the development of the situation, the role of think tanks will become more and more important.We should attach great importance to it and actively explore the forms of organization and management of the new type of think-tank with Chinese characteristics.The State Affairs Office issued the opinions on strengthening the Construction of a New Type of think Tank with Chinese characteristics (hereinafter referred to as "opinions", "opinions") and put forward that the new type of think-tanks with Chinese characteristics are an important support for the Party and the government to make scientific and democratic decisions in accordance with the law.Decision-making consultation system is the important content of socialist democracy construction in our country.At this point, the construction of new-style characteristic think-tank formally promoted to the national strategic height.
