【摘要】:在近代以來(lái)的組織發(fā)展史背后,包含著一條關(guān)于組織活動(dòng)思路的線(xiàn)索,這條線(xiàn)索展現(xiàn)給我們的是組織活動(dòng)從確定性思維向不確定思維的轉(zhuǎn)變。常規(guī)組織在承擔(dān)任務(wù)和解決問(wèn)題時(shí),所采用的是確定性思路,這對(duì)于處理那些常規(guī)性問(wèn)題是有著無(wú)比優(yōu)勢(shì)的。任務(wù)型組織在承擔(dān)任務(wù)的過(guò)程中,所需要的是一種不確定性思路,這是它所承擔(dān)的不確定性任務(wù)所決定的。在新世紀(jì)開(kāi)始的時(shí)候,我們發(fā)現(xiàn),人類(lèi)社會(huì)的復(fù)雜性和不確定性迅速增長(zhǎng),非常規(guī)性的、不確定性的問(wèn)題越來(lái)越多,這也要求組織活動(dòng)需要建立起不確定性思路,以應(yīng)對(duì)新的歷史條件下的社會(huì)需求。
[Abstract]:Behind the history of organizational development in modern times, there is a clue about the thinking of organizational activity, which shows us the transition from deterministic thinking to uncertain thinking.When taking on tasks and solving problems, conventional organizations adopt deterministic thinking, which has great advantages in dealing with those conventional problems.In the process of undertaking tasks, task-based organizations need a kind of uncertain thinking, which is determined by the uncertain tasks they undertake.At the beginning of the new century, we find that the complexity and uncertainty of human society is growing rapidly, and that there are more and more unconventional and uncertain problems.In order to cope with the new historical conditions under the social needs.
