【摘要】：本文認(rèn)為,界面規(guī)則是組織間關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)。本文討論了界面規(guī)則的形成和演變的路徑依賴特征,提出了一個(gè)分析組織間關(guān)系界面規(guī)則的理論框架,并對(duì)構(gòu)成界面規(guī)則的要素進(jìn)行了論述。本文還討論了組織間關(guān)系治理機(jī)制的特點(diǎn),強(qiáng)調(diào)組織間協(xié)調(diào)和組織間關(guān)系治理的重要性要大于內(nèi)部科層協(xié)調(diào)和內(nèi)部治理。
[Abstract]:This paper argues that interface rules are the basis of inter-organizational relations.This paper discusses the characteristics of path dependence in the formation and evolution of interface rules, proposes a theoretical framework for the analysis of interface rules in inter-organizational relations, and discusses the elements that constitute interface rules.This paper also discusses the characteristics of inter-organizational relationship governance mechanism and emphasizes that the importance of inter-organizational coordination and inter-organizational relationship governance is greater than that of internal branch level coordination and internal governance.
