【摘要】：構(gòu)建具有沈陽特色的新型智庫,對沈陽市經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展和東北老工業(yè)基地振興意義重大。當(dāng)前沈陽智庫發(fā)展中存在著許多問題,應(yīng)從明確新型智庫的基本內(nèi)涵、把握發(fā)展建設(shè)重點(diǎn)、做好頂層設(shè)計(jì)、建立科學(xué)完備的考核激勵制度等方面入手加強(qiáng)特色新型智庫建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:The construction of a new type of think-tank with Shenyang characteristics is of great significance to the economic and social development of Shenyang and the revitalization of the old industrial base in Northeast China. There are many problems in the development of the think-tank in Shenyang at present, so the basic connotation of the new think-tank should be clarified. Grasp the key points of development and construction, do a good job of top-level design, and establish a scientific and complete examination and incentive system to strengthen the construction of a new type of think-tank with characteristics.
