【摘要】：在對現(xiàn)有相關(guān)信息技術(shù)同化、擴散、吸收等概念進(jìn)行梳理與總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,依據(jù)信息技術(shù)同化的過程影響和結(jié)果影響,將現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)分為信息技術(shù)同化的過程研究、信息技術(shù)的影響因素研究和信息技術(shù)的商業(yè)價值研究�？偨Y(jié)發(fā)現(xiàn),現(xiàn)有研究主要局限于簡單靜態(tài)模型的分析,并將重點集中于信息技術(shù)的采納和實施階段,而對于技術(shù)同化的整個過程的動態(tài)性和復(fù)雜性尚欠缺把握。未來應(yīng)將外生因素與組織內(nèi)生因素融入傳統(tǒng)的因素分析框架中,實現(xiàn)對傳統(tǒng)信息技術(shù)因素研究的有效補充。
[Abstract]:On the basis of combing and summarizing the existing concepts of information technology assimilation, diffusion and absorption, and according to the process influence and result influence of information technology assimilation, the existing literature is divided into information technology assimilation process research. The research on the influencing factors of information technology and the commercial value of information technology. In conclusion, it is found that the existing research is mainly confined to the analysis of simple static models, and focuses on the adoption and implementation of information technology. However, the dynamics and complexity of the whole process of technology assimilation are not well understood. In the future, exogenous factors and organizational endogenous factors should be integrated into the traditional factor analysis framework to effectively supplement the study of traditional information technology factors.
