【摘要】：已有解決秘書問題的方法主要是以取樣選項(xiàng)中的最大值作為標(biāo)桿,其優(yōu)點(diǎn)是能保證贏的概率最大,但很少考慮決策者的有限理性與啟發(fā)式偏見。探索性地提出截止閥法則的均值標(biāo)桿與次大值標(biāo)桿策略的設(shè)想,通過計(jì)算機(jī)仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)與理論求解驗(yàn)證與比較了該策略的特征與規(guī)律。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),均值標(biāo)桿的決策最優(yōu)度明顯優(yōu)于最大值標(biāo)桿,決策最優(yōu)度隨標(biāo)桿變動(dòng)呈U型曲線變化趨勢(shì),最高點(diǎn)是均值標(biāo)桿20%及其附近,贏的概率隨著標(biāo)桿的降低而逐漸減少,且最優(yōu)截止閥值也不斷后移。
[Abstract]:The existing methods of solving the secretary's problem are mainly based on the maximum value of the sampling option, which has the advantage of ensuring the highest probability of winning. However, the limited rationality and heuristic bias of decision makers are seldom considered. The characteristics and laws of the strategy are verified and compared by computer simulation experiment and theoretical solution. The results show that the decision optimality of the mean pole is obviously better than that of the maximum benchmark, and the decision optimality varies with the change of the benchmark. The highest point is 20% of the mean mark and its vicinity. The probability of winning decreases with the decrease of the benchmark, and the optimal cut-off value also moves backward.
