【摘要】：正 科斯在1937年發(fā)表的《廠商的性質(zhì)》一文標(biāo)志著產(chǎn)權(quán)被引入到經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)分析之中,但據(jù)個(gè)人所知,至今還沒(méi)有人把產(chǎn)權(quán)引入到管理學(xué)研究之中,本文試圖在此做一個(gè)嘗試,然而不是研究其系統(tǒng)理論,只想結(jié)合我國(guó)國(guó)有企業(yè)的改革實(shí)踐,研究在公共產(chǎn)權(quán)條件下如何進(jìn)行管理的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:In 1937, Zhengkos published "the Nature of Manufacturers" which marks the introduction of property rights into economic analysis, but as far as I know, no one has yet introduced property rights into the study of management. This paper attempts to make an attempt here. However, it is not to study its systematic theory, but to study how to carry out management under the condition of public property right combined with the reform practice of state-owned enterprises in our country.
